Closet

Clothes for the work week are neatly organized in this free-standing closet. The design problem was to find a system a customer could easily assemble. The only fastening they would need to do is by way of weaving a cord to create the shelf bottoms and stitching the screen to frame. This allowed for the contents to be packaged much smaller than you would normally see.

This project won 2nd place in the Design for Production category of the 2017 AWFS Freshwood competition.
